Overview
Dungannon Volunteer Flute Band (DVFB) merchandise is produced using print-on-demand services. Most items are made to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, please check sizing, colours, and order details carefully before purchasing.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns and Cancellations
As most items are custom printed to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item or colour
- Minor variations in print placement or colour tone
Once production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Sizing
Please use the sizing information provided before ordering.
As items are produced to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the item itself was incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs are normally non-refundable unless the item was faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Donations
Donations and fundraising contributions are normally non-refundable unless made in error.
