About the Band

Dungannon Volunteer Flute Band is a volunteer-run, non-profit community flute band based in Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The band is proud of its heritage and forms part of the wider band tradition that has existed in the region for generations.

The band takes part in parades, commemorative events, and musical activities throughout the year, contributing to local musical and cultural life. Our activities focus on music, tradition, and representing our community in a positive manner.
